ABOUT ACCORDIA MEDIATION
Supporting families through change
Accordia Mediation was founded on a simple belief that separation doesn’t have to mean conflict.
We provide a calm, structured space where you can talk, be heard and work towards practical solutions that put your family first.

ABOUT EMMA
A calm and practical approach to mediation
I’m a family mediator based in Dorset, supporting individuals and families across the South West, London and the UK to find a way forward with clarity, respect and understanding.
I believe separation and family change can be among life’s most difficult experiences, but constructive conversations can make it possible to create a more positive future for you and your family.
My role is to support you in having those conversations, understanding your options and reaching agreements that work for your individual circumstances.
I’m registered with the Family Mediation Council and a member of the Family Mediators Association, reflecting my commitment to professional standards, ethical practice and ongoing development.
My route into mediation has been shaped by more than 15 years working in client services. Throughout my career, I’ve supported household brand-names through complex challenges, listened to different perspectives and helped find solutions that work for everyone involved.
It was this experience, together with a law degree specialising in family law, that led me to retrain as a family mediator.
I also volunteer with families requiring support through a registered charity which aims to give children the best possible start in life.
